My feeds are not updating for Highrise after resetting my account a few times.
Is there a way to verify it's talking to Highrise? I'm not really sure what the problem is because it's just not working.

Hi Tony, sorry we haven't been able to diagnose Highrise just yet. We'd be happy to issue a refund! Just email us at email@example.com and let us know your PayPal or Dwolla address.
